【本報訊】春夏季節濕度高,容易受體癬發作困擾。中醫師指出,脾虛氣弱及濕熱體質的人都是患上體癬的高危族,日常除了要注意個人衞生如出大汗後要換底衫之外,亦可以利用食療改善體質預防體癬復發,推介可飲用「赤小豆薏米扁豆湯」及「淮山茨實湯」,並可用中藥外洗方沖洗患處,同樣有助改善病情。
