踏入白露代表秋天已到,早上天氣會漸轉涼,所以露水會在樹葉表面凝固,形成白露。中醫師表示,這段時間早晚與日間的溫差會變大,為免不小着涼感冒,出外應要帶備一件薄外套或頸巾保暖。飲食方面要多吃滋陰及健脾食材,如豆腐、白芝麻、芋頭及淮山等均有保健功效。
