【本報訊】維他命C有助提升抵抗力,進食新鮮生果是最方便的攝取途徑,但要吃哪一種才能收最多效果?近年備受追捧的奇異果及金奇異果每100克分別含92.7毫克及105.4毫克維他命C。但一山還有一山高,番石榴的維他命C含量可稱霸,每100克含228.3毫克,是橙的4倍、奇異果的2倍;而香港較少見的新鮮黑加侖子,每100克也含181毫克維他命C。
