【本報訊】不少上班族也捱過「眼光光等天光」之苦,嚴重影響生活及工作,常見的助眠食物如牛奶、蜜糖及香蕉等,雖然可促進入睡,但未必人人見效。中醫師指助眠飲食須配合體質,否則或會適得其反,如濕重人士錯飲牛奶,或手腳冰冷者食香蕉,隨時會加重失眠症狀,反而茯神及雞蛋則適合一般失眠人士食用。
