【本報訊】生酮飲食(Ketogenic Diet)近年備受吹捧,更被指是可極速瘦身的神奇方法。營養師指出,生酮飲食屬極低碳水化合物的飲食方法,跟隨者要戒粉麵飯,並多吃高脂肪食物,藉此產生酮體及消脂,但副作用不少,包括容易攰、虛弱、口臭及便秘等,不建議胡亂跟隨餐單進食。
