Shawn Mendes just dropped his most INTENSE music video EVER. So intense, that it even made his mom cry just watching.
Shawn is never one to let us down with music videos and seriously, they just keep getting better and better.
We already knew that Shawn was going to do something big for his next video release. He’s been posting clips on social media, getting us all excited. Just a few weeks back during an interview with Larry King Live, Shawn even admitted that it was SO good, his mom even CRIED.
And wait no longer, today it’s finally here. Posting the news on Twitter this morning, Shawn’s new video, “Mercy” is so crazy, guys, I really cannot contain my emotions.
First we see Shawn looking pretty frustrated while banging the drums and playing piano. But then, we get flashes of him being stuck in a car that’s slowly filling up with water. SO scary as we see him begging for mercy. And now I don’t want to spoil it for you, but luckily in the end, he finds a way to break out.
Um, let’s not forget to mention that once he makes it to shore, we get a few close up shots of Shawn dripping wet with a tight, t-shirt.
Alright, this video is really, really good guys. And if you don’t believe me, well it’s already trending on Twitter with the hashtag Mercy Video Now, so hopefully that’s proof enough.
