【本報訊】市面出售的食鹽化身不同產品,除了常見的餐桌鹽外,還有打着健康旗號的海鹽、岩鹽及低鈉鹽,前兩種標榜含鈣、鉀等礦物質,後者則以低鈉作賣點,不少注重健康人士或會好奇,鹽是否有健康選擇?營養師表示,食鹽最重要看鈉含量,是否含礦物質為其次,不論餐桌鹽、海鹽、岩鹽其實分別不大,同樣不能過量攝取,低鈉鹽則心臟病或腎病患者未必適合食用。
