【本報訊】小學普遍已實施全日制,學生多留校午膳,故飯盒供應商於學生減鹽上扮演重要角色。聖公會聖雅各小學校長張勇邦是降低食物中鹽和糖委員會成員,他指,會參考衞生署指引選擇飯盒供應商及餐單,如飯盒不能有鹹蛋等紅燈食物,叉燒及香腸等黃燈食物每周最多兩次,紅米飯等高纖的綠燈食物則鼓勵多供應,每餐也最少要有一份蔬菜。
