【本報訊】由政府統籌以傳統手法宣傳飲食少鹽,或予人呆板沉悶的感覺,前主播魏綺珊提議,可找具代表性的人物針對不同群組宣傳,負責全家一日三餐的「煮婦」是重要目標群組,「如果搵啲示範人物出嚟,諗一啲菜式,例如用乜材料代替可以少啲鹽,令佢知道唔需要咁多鹽,成家人都食少好多」。這種少鹽思維更可傳承下一代,自小培養小朋友低鹽飲食習慣。
