【本報訊】忌廉蘑菇湯、羅宋湯等罐頭湯濃味兼煮法簡便,成為不少上班族的晚餐必備品。但營養師指出,大部份罐頭湯鈉含量高,每日飲一至兩碗隨時已鈉超標,飲一碗含高鈉的罐頭湯,已佔一日標準鈉攝取量上限四分之三,即每碗鈉含量高達1,500毫克,經常飲用增加患上高血壓等疾病的風險。
