【本報訊】上班族生活忙碌,以微波爐加熱的「叮叮」食品,成為醫肚首選。但這類食品鈉含量普遍較高,譬如一盒8件的中式點心拼盤,鈉含量達743毫克,已接近每日攝入上限四成。一盒梅菜扣肉飯不但高脂,鈉含量逾3,000毫克,超過每日所需逾五成。市面只有極少的叮叮蒸飯屬低鈉之選。營養師建議,除自製簡便低鈉叮叮餐外,宜選擇醬汁與飯食分開的叮叮食品。
