【本報訊】近年興起一股長跑熱,跑步可說是最方便上班族的運動,同時更可促進健康,連病情穩定的慢性病患者亦適合。物理治療師鼓勵情況穩定的慢性病患者多活動,如高血壓病人有跑步習慣,有助控制血壓,建議初學者掌握跑步技巧,先從「跑走法」入手,避免跑步太快或太多,也要做足熱身及緩和(Cool down)動作,提防肌肉及關節受傷。
