【本報訊】近年流行的高強度間歇訓練(High Intensity Interval Training,簡稱HIIT)因快速消脂而備受追捧,雖然運動強度高,對體能有一定要求,但體能教練指出,HIIT其實不只是年輕人的運動,中年人士也適合,近年研究發現HIIT可提升心肺功能,更有助降低血壓及血糖水平與脂肪比例,有助中年肥胖一族改善健康。
