【本報訊】檢查發現血糖踩界,患上糖尿病前期,除了要控制飲食外,培養運動習慣,可改善血糖升高,避免有糖尿病。香港大學運動及健康管理中心及醫學院研究發現,約八成糖尿病前期患者進行12周的高強度間歇訓練(High Intensity Interval Training,簡稱HIIT)後,血糖回復正常,建議前期患者展開運動計劃。
