【本報訊】幼兒自小就活動不足影響成長,小朋友日常幫手做家務、執書包,與父母參與步行慈善活動等均可提升體能活動量。美國衞生部最近新增幼童活動指引,建議3至5歲兒童應每日進行至少三小時不同強度的體能活動,以促進成長及發展。本港專家指出,除戶外活動外,父母亦可在家與子女進行體能遊戲,透過親子參與及加入故事元素,提升小朋友對多活動及多郁動的興趣。
