【本報訊】天氣開始轉涼,稍後踏入冬季,一旦氣溫驟降,不少人早上起床時,特別會覺得肌肉繃緊及關節疼痛,全身活動不自如。物理治療師指出,臨床上冬天會有較多拉傷頸部或腰部的求診個案,但多數與一些簡單的日常動作,如起床動作太快、刷牙漱口等姿勢不良有關,建議每天起床後,可進行一些舒展關節的伸展動作,提防受傷。
