【本報訊】上班族經常藉口工作生活繁忙,平日無時間做運動。物理治療師推介不想消耗太多體力的「懶人族」,不妨從伸展練習做起,作為做運動的基本入門,放鬆筋腱,有助預防筋縮及腰背痛等不適。主動隔離式伸展(Active Isolated Stretching,簡稱AIS)屬兩秒無痛伸展練習,特別適合日常缺乏運動或少郁動的人,可減少拉筋時帶來的繃緊感覺。
